CityBlu uses tailored techniques to adapt the operations to an extremely diversified terrain; ranging from densely populated areas to mountainous terrains with a spread population. A team of trained drivers operate a fleet of trucks equipped with Euro 5 engines following pre-planned routes that are continuously optimized to provide the highest quality of service while maintaining the lowest levels of emissions.
All of the vehicles are equipped with tracking devices linked to a comprehensive GIS system in the central control room that allows throughout monitoring of the collect operations as well as data analysis to continuously improve the routes. In addition to GPS tracking, we rely on human monitoring with supervisory vehicles to control the geographically spread operations and ensure international quality standards are applied in every operation.
